How much does shipping cost?
Rates are based on your address and the weight and dimensions of their order.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS, Priority Mail.

Tracking & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Once your order has been processed, shipping is to follow. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 1-2 days for shipping.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, please send us an email ASAP. If you have already received your tracking information, unfortunately, we cannot make any adjustments one your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
How do I know if I have received my complete order?
Orders will not be shipped incomplete. Unless there is a special circumstance that was discussed prior to shipping, your order will be shipped compete.
Returns & Exchanges
Are returns accepted?
If you simply do not like your order, we do not accept returns. We strive to produce high quality material to ensure customer satisfaction with each product made.
If your item(s) were damaged upon arrival, will gladly accept a return and issue you a refund or remake your product(s). in the event this happens, please email us at info@blessedbybreyell.com.
Can I exchange my items?
We do apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not allow any exchanges.
My item was damaged, can I get a refund?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@blessedbybreyell.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
